Ordering.
Shells are baked the afternoon before, aged overnight to set the feet, filled at six in the morning, and on the counter by eight. If you walk in at nine, you’re buying something that existed as a shell twenty hours ago and as a filled macaron three hours ago.
Shipping.
Overnight cold-pack shipping to the continental US, Tuesday through Thursday. Orders ship the next qualifying day after purchase. Fourteen dollars flat, regardless of box size.
Gift Boxes.
Up to two hundred forty characters, written on a letterpress card in blue fountain ink. No surcharge. Holidays may slow handwriting by a day.
Dietary.
Our macarons are made with almond flour and contain no wheat. They are produced in a kitchen that handles wheat flour daily — if you have celiac disease, please decide with that in mind.
Events.
Yes — catering orders need fourteen days of lead time and a forty-eight macaron minimum. Our team travels across Southern California. Larger setups include a live macaron tower and coordinator.
